Instead of the usual list of ingredients I can't even pronounce, these soft gels have pumpkin and saw palmetto. 2 basic ingredients which have plenty of research proving benefits.The dosage is 3 soft gels, which is a lot, but the bag contains 300. Also, it allows you to take 1 or 2 per day if you feel you don't want to introduce so much into your system at a time.There was a very sight smell when I opened the package, could be pumpkin seed, but I'm not good at identifying smells. The soft gels had no taste, and where about the size of an average fish oil pill.Packaging is easy to reseal, but you can't just put the bag on your medicine shelf with the other bottles.My bag has an expiration date almost 2 years away, so these will last a while.

I grab three of these softgels with dinner—no taste, no burps, which is more than I can say for some fish oil pills I’ve tried. They’ve got pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto, supposed to help hair and skin, and after a few weeks, my scalp’s less dry, maybe a bit shinier. Nothing life-changing, but it’s enough to keep me going. The $31 for 300 caps is a good deal, lasting months, but the bag’s a bit of a pain to zip shut sometimes.

I detected no taste or aftertaste at all. The serving size of three per day offers amounts of pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto in amounts that can easily be calculated down to what each individual softgel provides--this is great for those who need to adjust the amount they prefer. I personally am not a fan of the bag these arrived in, but I understand why--there are a LOT of softgels here and they take up a large mason jar! This is a great value for the number of gels and the dosage amounts.

This product seems to work fairly well. It is easy to take in its soft gel form. It doesn’t upset my stomach or leave a bad aftertaste and gives me extra nutrients to that I may have been missing from my diet. I don’t like to eat my carrots so beta carotene is an extra bonus. My hair and skin appearance have improved since taking this and I appreciate that greatly.

Slight smell but not a bad one.Pills are on the medium side.Easy to swallow.For 300 soft gels would say its worth the price of admission.

No stomach discomfort. Not adverse reactions. Obviously, I don’t notice any hair growth.What I like is that it is a very simple formula: two ingredients without all the extra filler you usually find. It’s also over a 3month supply, so at the price of $30 a bag, a good value.i don’t notice any aftertaste or smell. The pills are small and easy to swallow. We will see if they are effective!
