Must have for any baby with drippy nose.
Really easy to use compared to other brand. My 1yo need it often to clear the nose of snort. Won’t go without it.

Reasonably priced and effective
I got this for adult use to help with colds and also for hayfever relief and dry air on flights. It is not a medicine like a hayfever-targeting nasal spray, but it helps increase humidity in the nose and was reasonably priced. I recall that it says to discard two months after opening, so it is not for long-term occasional use and storage, but it is useful to use and discard when needed.

Squeeze and sniff!
Our bubba caught a cold a few weeks old. This was a massive help to loosen mucus etcetera to be sucked out. Not a glamorous job but, that's babies!! I've got a few in reserve for the inevitable next cold! Happy with this buy.

Effective but stiff
Very easy to use and effective for our 7 month old baby who has been ill and having a runny nose . Only 4 stars because the nozzle is quite hard to press down which is important when you have a wriggly baby and limited time to press it !

Good
Ugh, getting my kid to take medicine is like a wrestling match every time. This one she doesn't fight as much, thankfully. It's still a struggle, but way less than with the other stuff we tried.

Good bottle
Better than the calpol spray bottle, the calpol one is so hard to spray out. This comes out so quick and easy. However I do think the calpol one unblocks quicker.

Not a pure salt and water saline solution.
If this were just a saline solution pre-mixed and in an applicator I would not hesitate to use it. However, it also contains a preservative of benzalkonium chloride, it doesn't say how much. I would avoid using it at all with any child as it is an irritant and can cause lung problems. I imagine the manufacturer believes the amount of this particular chemical is harmless. To create an immune response not very much is required. Use a a saline solution with no added ingredients to be safe.
