I'm usually a little skeptical of any new supplement that I try (and I try many), but thought I would give this a go and see if it was helpful for me (and then I could recommend to others who may have trouble with lymph drainage). So far, I am only using two droppers of it in the morning (I thought best to start slowly with it). I put the liquid into a small glass and pour juice to mix in it. I don't think there's any bad flavor to it, but the juice flavor covers it, so I wouldn't really know. I've been using it for a week and here's what I noticed...For the first day or so after using it, I felt a little weird (not bad, just different) in certain areas of my body (underarms, ankles), I could feel something at work (not necessarily pain, just sort of tender.) But looking back, that was probably the product working and helping my lymph nodes to drain. After that one day, no more weird feeling, and I began to have more energy during the daytime. Getting up out of bed was easier. My bathroom visits produced more normal deposits in the toilet, so, that was a good benefit. I'm a runner, and I have actually felt lighter as well. My stomach lately has seemed flatter also. Not saying that everyone will get the same results as me, but, overall, I am pleased, and I will keep using until I finish the bottle and I may continue on after that, and I will recommend it to others!

I loved this product. Easy to use and works great! It easily fits in with my morning and evening routine and has a mild taste. It can easily be mixed with water if you need a more diluted taste. I started noticing that it relieved some of my swelling right away.

The flavor is very light, which is concerning to me as the ingredients themselves can have a strong flavor when concentrated. Also, the liquid is completely transparent, yet the ingredients are listed as "powder", which means there should be some evidence that the ingredients are even in the liquid suspension, I would think. I bought this to help with swelling in my legs, presumably from peri menopause and a weakened lymph system due to treatment some years ago for lymphoma. I have not noticed that this product has helped. Though I've also not had any unpleasant side effects either. I'm leaning towards being suspicious this product has more of a placebo effect, and am curious as to the origins of the company, as the country where it is manufactured is not did listed. It simply says "manufactured for...". Perhaps it is all above board, but I will most likely not be a repeat customer.

I added this to my detox plan and used it multiple times a day. Tastes great. I am working on improving my immune system and detoxing heavy metals since I've been exposed to lead (house had lead pipes when I was a baby/toddler), mercury (dental fillings), and other metals after having medical procedures.
