Great tasting breakfast bar. I have severe stomach problems and eating is a chore some days. My doctor suggested these since they are east to digest. They taste grear.

These Nature Valley breakfast bars were very enjoyable. They're soft with blueberries throughout, good for a snack or breakfast. In my opinion, you can't beat the Nature Valley brand. They make so many good items. You should try these if you haven't already.
