Not a guy who believes in pills to make a difference in my life, but I'm about to start my 3rd month of this product and let me tell you, they have brought me more energy and better overall heath. I was the guy who would come home from work, grab a snack and hit the recliner. A lot of times be sleeping within a half hour of getting home. I haven't done that since taking these. I've also lost 13lbs. I started a low carb diet around the same time so the weight loss goes hand in hand I'm sure, but the effectiveness of the liver pill has kept me going without failing. I highly recommend giving this a serious try for a least a month or two!👍 👍

It arrived, safely, on time. I've not yet opened it because I want to use-up a similar product first (PURE HEALTH brand: LIVER HEALTH) - one that contains magnesium stearate, that can cause trouble for my gut health. So I ordered this VITAL LIVER product to replace it because it doesn't contain the stearate. Both brands have other similar contents, especially the following extracts: Turmeric, Milk Thistle, Artichoke, and Bio-perine black pepper. Both brands recommend 2 capsules daily.I will update this review after I start using the VITAL LIVER product.
