This is one of life's living 'myths and legends'. Some people are worried about MSG but there is nil information out there that shows it does anything other than make food taste better. I use it sparingly to add a little extra 'Umami' flavour to some savoury dishes and its really impossible to say you can taste it, but you can tell when you didn't use it. Cheap and worth using if you are serious about coking and flavouring food

I am sure this product would suit some, but I find that taste lingers in mouth for days after, so no go for me again. And the added sodium in the diet is a no-no overall.
