My head sweats a lot.This shampoo has been a life saver.I use it once a week and it helps keep the itchy dandruff away during that time (unless i sweat a lot then I jeed to use it twice a week)No other shmpoo comes close to helping my sweaty itchy dandruff head. (My dandruff is caused by the sweating and the sweating makes my head very itchy)Will be keeping this in my routine for as long as possible.Shampoo does not dry out my hair, i do however use a very good conditoner, but when i run out i do notice the shampoo still leaves my hair in decent condition.The smell isnt great, but i have gotten used to it. Its a medicated menthol smell. Not awful and doesnt seem to linger after the shower.Consistnecy is really nice. Its thick liquid and easily suds up. I usually start this process in my hands.I only apply to scalp and roots. I do not apply purposely to mid hair saft and ends. (Those areas almost never need shampoo apllied to them unless you've used a lot of hair products and are using a clarifying shampoo)Bottle lasts me a decent while (couple months) as it doesnt take much to wash your scalp and hair roots. I massage this in very well really digging into my scalp with finger pads. I then let it sit for approx 10 minutes before rinsing.My hair is dandrudd free as long as i use this. To reiterate its caused my head/scalp sweating which it does way more then most ive noticed.

Además, no reseca el cabello como otros productos similares que había probado antes.Me encanta que contiene sulfuro de selenio al 1%, lo que lo hace realmente efectivo para tratar no solo la caspa sino también la irritación.Es un producto que ahora considero esencial en mi rutina de cuidado capilar. Lo recomiendo a cualquiera que esté buscando una solución real y duradera para el problema de la caspa.

Just used it once so far and am pleased with the results and scalp feels really clean and so far itch be gone. Don’t know yet for how long the results will last but plan to use at least 3 times a week to start. So many reviews complaining about the smell but I never noticed any strong smell. Hopefully this shampoo will work for my scalp as I’ve tried many that didn’t. My hair is cut very short for ease of care so this bottle should last quite awhile with using sufficient amount for lots of lather.

In less than a week all my problems that i had with dandruff were gone. I dont have an itchy head and white stuff coming from it.Only on the first week, i used it 3 times a week. Now i only used twice a week and my head/hair feels nice and without any problems. I have try others products before and it does not work that fast or at all.

Like very generous and apply (don’t be cheap)Step 3: massage in for about 5 min, EVERYWHERE, LET THERE BE FOAM!!!Step 4: let it sit for 10 min. Not 5, but 10!Step 5: *Key Step* after waiting, itch your scalp with your nails ALL OVER, because the dead skin is now loose, so you MUST AGITATE THR SCALP THOROUGHLY! Don’t be afraid, itch that shhh everywhere!!!Step 6: rinse THOROUGHLY LIKE VERYYYY THOROUGHLY!Step 7: reapply maybe 3 squirts. Not too much just to cover all your hair and scalp.
