I used it throughout my entire pregnancy, from the first month until I had my baby. I didn't have any stretch marks. I used it strictly two or three times a day: in the morning, in the afternoon if I was home, and at night before bed. I was faithful to my routine, so much so that if I showered during the day, I would apply it again. It's a fascinating and affordable product. I also used it after my pregnancy, two months postpartum, to avoid stretch marks. I highly recommend it; it works 100%.

It's recommended to use daily both morning and night, but if you only apply once per day, the lotion is long-lasting and will alleviate itchiness throughout the day. Plus, the scent isn't overpowering for those with sensitive smell.
