Keeps me regular
I take one capsule before bedtime, and it seems to keep me fairly regular. When I need to, I’ll take 2. No cramps or bloating. It works very gently.

Not worth it
Used it once ONLY-instead of doing what it says it does, it made me VERY SICK to my stomach. Horrible cramping, NOT WORTH IT!!!

You have to take more pills to work
This is a so so product I'm not really pleased or I'm not really upset with it but other than that it does work but was hoping it would do better in cleansing my: you have to take More pills For this to work because it doesn't work without having to use 2 pills at a time and it will work then but if you have a very sluggish in digestion then you know that you have to take more. So this is a product that I would not really recommend to anyone who has really sluggish bowels

Not really worth it , no results
So far this product hasn’t given me any results. I been taking it for a week no and haven’t notice a difference at all.
