Awsome product and excellent customer care
I bought this 3D printer from Amazon but initially i faced some trouble and discovered that cable near extruder was damaged. I immediately informed Amazon. I'm overwhelmed that, immediately Amazon informed me to replace the item without any question. I got the new printer which I installed today and it is working nicely. This is an awsome product for you & your child. You must buy this.

Machine is not working from the day 1
The media could not be loaded. We are very disappointed with the machine. It take more than 3 days for installation. Also It's not working, we are sharing video for your reference.We request you to please send your technician or return or replace the machine.

Good for beginners and students
Writing this review after using it for more than 7 months. Initially it worked very fine, but off late it has started giving issues. Bed leveling is the major problem and we have to level it for every use. Another problem we are facing is while printing objects which have holes for screws. The size is usually smaller than what is in the design

Great DIY Kit and budget printer
Some of the best qualities that the 3D printer has.. that it's easy to use.. very user-friendly very Interactive, I'ld say there's no pause button in between the print to make adjustment other than that best printer on the market especially for the price
