After doing a lot of research into the benefits of fish oil and the potential lack of good quality fish oil on the market I tried to find a supplement which ticked all the boxes.This was the best one I found (UK), it has been 3rd party tested for heavy metals (which a lot of brands say but don’t prove the documents), hasn’t gone rancid/oxidized (I bit into a capsule to taste for this) and is ‘sustainably produced’.

Note that the recommended full daily intake is 4- -yes, four - capsules a day. So 120 is one months supply. So, one months supply is about £30.

I have been using those for two months now and they are FANTASTIC. I take 2 instead of 4 as i eat a lot of fish and healthy foods in my diet. They were recommended by my nutritionist (my dose also confirmed by her) and they are the only ones with a high ratio of omega 3s. They have worked brilliantly for reducing my PMS symptoms. I was using another commercial brand (cheaper) and they had no effect at all. TIP: I always keep them in the fridge.I am about to purchase more for my mom. Notice that they come in a glass jar which is better.

We have been using specifically these capsules for several months on the recommendation of our Nutritionist. They have been working well for us, tasteless, easy to swallow (for those that find swallowing pills a challenge) and always arrives quickly (especially when I forget to restock until it is a bit late in the day! I am eagerly awaiting the subscription service to arrive :). Stay safe everyone!

Excellent product but overpriced which is made worse by the fact that the recommended dose is 2 to 4 capsules a day which obviously results in a more frequent repleneshment than would be necessary if the dosage was one capsule per day.
