QPAD 5K Pro 5040cpi Laser USB Gaming Mouse (3600)

I have enormous paws which means the two outer fingers of my right hand usually drag on the mouse mat whichever mouse I use so when the wheel in my ancient Logitech 518 wore so smooth I couldn't use it without accidentally clicking, I thought I'd try something bigger. For me the shape is ideal. supporting the outer fingers in either a claw or palm grip. The mouse has a light rubberised coating, not as thick and clammy as some and is quite light weight. Buttons are very sensitive but I adjusted to the light pressure within a week. The mouse plug and played and downloaded the latest software easily with Windows 7 64 bit and works well. I don't need a hyper-sensitive gaming mouse with a lot of buttons so the dpi is more than adequate for me (I use 2000dpi on the desktop). The mouse glides easily on my old ExactMat which time has worn to a finish as smooth as glass and I have not detected any tracking errors or glitches. This is a mouse for right handed users. It is designed to have your whole palm rest upon it. If you dislike the new trend of making mice smaller and smaller, this is perfect. It's also perfect for games since it tracks very well and sports an adjustable polling rate for all of you twitch gamers

Probably on of the best gaming mice to hold in your hand, especially for bigger hands. A little on the light side, and the buttons are a bit more sensitive, than say on Logitech mice for example. Despite those I still give 5/5.

This is hands down the best mouse I've used. I have fairly large hands and find some smaller mice can become uncomfortable after prolonged use. I previously had a large Gigabyte mouse, which was good, but not as comfortable and I find the QPad. The rests for your ring and little fingers make a big difference and the scroll wheel is better located. The soft rubberised finish also adds to the comfort and doesn't display finger marks like some soft-touch finishes do.The build quality feels really good, though I've only had it a month. The scroll wheel is smooth and has a good positive click. I was concerned about the reviews that said the buttons were very sensitive, as I don't consider myself the most delicate or dexterous person and I was worried that I might accidentally click just from resting my fingers on them, but happily I haven't found that to be the case and I've been really impressed with the feel of the click, which I wouldn't describe as overly sensitive.I can't review the software, as I've not had any need for any functions other than plug and play so far, but that worked perfectly with Windows 7 and if I require further functionality the software seems easy to download from the website.

I've only had a small test on my new qpad mouse so far, but its exactly what I was looking for, the shape fits my hand / grip very well and it appears to be very well built. The only niggle I have so far is that the mouse 1 and 2 buttons are hyper sensitve, I have to hover my fingers over them otherwise they are being clicked continuously. I've tried several high performance mice and this is the first time I've encoutered this.If it had logitech's unifying reciver and the mouse 1 and 2 buttons where a little less ensitve, this would be my dream mouse by a very long way. Its been ages since I've used a wired mouse and now eagerly await my usb extension so I can use it properly, this is the closest I have come to my dream mouse and I am very happy with it.

J'ai acheté cette souris pour mon poste de travail (dessinateur CAO) afin de diminuer les crampes et douleurs que j'avais au poignet.Question ergonomie, je trouve cette souris excellente, les clics sont très agréables, le revêtement "soft touch" également, elle s'avère très légère, la glisse est très bonne et l'usure des patins plus que raisonnable.Malheureusement le clic molette (dont je me sert en permanence sous Catia v5) vient de rendre l'âme après tout juste 2 ans et 1 mois d'utilisation... soit juste après la fin de la garantie... (obsolescence programmée ?)Je trouve cela inacceptable pour une telle souris, mon ancienne Logitech G500 achetée il y-a plus de 7 ans. (dont 4 ans d'utilisation professionnelle dans les mêmes conditions, marche toujours aussi bien qu'au premier jour pour un prix d'achat équivalent)En conclusion, j'adore cette souris pour son coté ergonomique, clics, maniabilité, mais coté fiabilité ce n'est vraiment pas ça...

Depuis que j'ai testé cette souris je n'ai pas changé de référence, elle est très ergonomique et joli même si je la trouve encore trop chère :/A noter : la version blanche qui est brillante se salit plus facilement et est plus désagréable pour les mains qui transpirent.

Die Maus ist schick, sehr ergonomisch (Rechtshänder), als Highlights gefallen mir besonders die gut erreichbaren Daumen-Tasten an der linken Seite, das blau beleuchtete (und nicht blendende) Mausrad sowie die schicken rot-blauen LEDs zur Anzeige des DPI-Profils.Sehr gut ist auch, dass man den Treiber bzw. die Software nicht zwingend braucht. Ich nutze die Maus ohne und alle Tasten werden von Windows 7 perfekt genutzt. Die Daumentasten sind eine Vor-/Zurück-Navigation, die beiden Tasten für die DPI funktionieren auch. So habe ich in der "Maus-Systemsteuerung" die Zeigergeschwindigkeit des schnellen, empfindlichen Modus so eingestellt, dass ich damit perfekt am Desktop zurechtkomme, während der langsame, präzise Modus in Spielen für mich perfekt geeignet ist.Einziges Manko: die beiden Haupttasten (linke und rechte Maustaste) sind viel (!) zu leichtgängig. Besonders in den ersten 30 Minuten habe ich dauernd aus Versehen gedrückt, was sehr stört. Man legt eigentlich nur den Finger auf der Taste ab und plötzlich löst sie aus. Nach einiger Eingewöhnung geht es zwar, aber da fand ich meine alte "Logitech MX518" was die Tasten angeht deutlich besser.

Je recommande à tous cette souris, qui est vraiment très sympa avec une très bonne prise en main, en effet tous les doigts ont leur place sur la souris.Si la souris avait été à peine plus grosse ( ça dépendra de la main de chacun ) cela aurait été vraiment parfait !La boite est bien emballé avec des patins de rechange pour la souris ( actuellement sur une tapis en tissu de chez Steelseries, ça s'use pas et ça glisse très bien. )Pensez à télécharger sur le site de QPAD les pilotes de la souris pour régler les 2 sensibilités de la souris voulu (la sensi par défaut est très basse ) , éteindre la led de la lumière etc ... Néanmoins, pensez à désactivez votre antivirus car, j'ai eu pas mal de problème à cause d'avast qui m’empêchait l'installation ...P.S : J'ai un seul soucis (minime) que je n'avais pas auparavant sur ma Death Adder, je ne peux pas bouger le curseur dans l'Express Gate de ma P5Q. En effet, la souris bouge uniquement verticalement, néanmoins, on peut se déplacer à l'aide du clavier si voulu ou laisser l'ordinateur démarrer.P.S² : Vous serez surement surpris au début, les cliques sont sensible, mais avec l'habitude, vous ne pourrez plus retourner sur d'autres souris avec une prise en main et une précision pareil !Très content de mon achat, je n'ai pas été déçu en passant d'une Death Adder à cette 5K.
