I've used several Anker powerbanks for over 7 years, and it has always delivered. Buy one and you won't need another for many years (7 at least in my experience). I gifted my older power bank and bought this one. The performance is unbeatable, and the support is even better. I had to contact customer support for the first time, and they guided me on how to reset the device. I can charge my phone 4 to almost 5 times from 20% to 95% (battery hygiene reasons) easily. This one is a bit heavier and can't be held in your pocket, comes with a decent sized wire that supports fast charging, and a small display to track battery health. The support staff was willing to send over a new device in case I was not happy with the performance, and eventually gifted me a 27,650 mah power bank which is a beast. Just like Amazon, Anker truly cares about their customer happiness. Don't look any further, and just buy it.

Sleek. Portable. Compatible with quick charging for most devices needing upto 60W. Tested with Moto, Apple , Samsung. The battery level indicator and the cables are huge plus. Overall its solid and much sturdier than cheaper alternatives.

Met all my expectations - Value for money - Easy functionality - for Travel it's little heavy- Design is good but need a cover, because gets slippery due to its weight.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Anker 87W 20,000mAh Power Bank (Model A1383) from Amazon with high expectations, given Anker's reputation. The power bank initially worked great – fast charging for my phone, tablet, and even my laptop. The built-in Type-C cable is also a nice convenience.However, just within a few weeks of light usage, the power bank suddenly stopped working. It no longer charges, powers on, or shows any response. This is really disappointing, especially for a premium-priced product.I’ve now initiated the warranty claim process. Very good charger. Kilter bulky but work well. It can charge my MacBook Pro as well (do slow charge but helpful when need in emergency).

UPDATED REVIEW:Turns out I was using a charger which did not provide enough input for it to charge quickly. Turns out my charger provided 65W output only to my phone. If I charged with other devices, it was only 10W power source. That is why it took so longIt is clear to me from this that the customer support is not trained or does not know how the product functions.Customer service I will give a 0/5. They do not help you or provide any advice. They keep delaying replying. They will only tell they will help you to replace it and dont reply after that.The customer service reps should be trained on the productComing to the product it is excellent.- I bought a 65Watt PD charger and it went from 24% to 100% in 45 minutes. Excellent stuff. Fast charging is very useful for me when I am hiking and get power sources sparingly like once in 2 days and I don't have to spend 7-8 hours in a hotel for charging the powerbank lol- It charged my laptop from 50% to 94% in 48 minutesI am very happy with Anker powerbank. For the product I give it a 5/5.
