Definitely one of the better ashwaganda supplements I’ve tried.

I bought this because the ingredients were validated by USP. I have had insane muscle gains in the six weeks I've been taking this. It's like a cheat code for growing muscle.

I take one capsule every day and I haven't experienced anything negative yet. I've been taking the herb for years because it helps keep me calm. This has been a great addition to my regimen. It is easy to swallow and doesn't have an aftertaste. No complaints.

This ashwagandha is a fairly clean product, though most pure ashwagandha products should be, right? Just pure ash. I wish more information was given on the form of ash they are using, NooGandha. How does it compare to other extractions? This product is GMO + gluten free and NSF certified sport logo on the bottle (I noticed it's not on the Amazon product listing at least at this writing) is great for people who are looking for clean products.

I like to disclaim anytime I review a supplement - be cautious. If anyone in the reviews is claiming major things happened for them before even finishing the bottle, it's probably bogus. Medications and supplements take time to work, and often, true results won't be seen for weeks or months. That said, these have neither seemed to help nor hurt, but I have also only used part of one bottle. They are inoffensive, easy to swallow, etc. I have read recently on social media (so take that for what it's worth and certainly dive deeper into research for yourself!) to use caution when taking ashwagandha and cycle on/off for maximum effectiveness.

Supplements affect people differently, so YMMV. These provided the effects that I usually expect when I've taken other Ashwagandha supplements.The capsules themselves are well packed, and the packaging is of higher quality.
