"Great Airflow, Zero Noise, and Killer Lighting Effects!"
Just installed the Thermalright TL-C12C-S X3 CPU Fan set in my build, and honestly — these fans deliver way above their price point.First off, airflow and cooling performance are excellent. With speeds up to 1550RPM, they move a good amount of air while staying impressively quiet, even under load. The 4-pin PWM control is spot-on, letting my system ramp up or quiet down smoothly as needed. The S-FDB (fluid dynamic bearing) is a huge plus — these fans run whisper-silent most of the time, and you can tell they're built to last with stable, reliable operation. No annoying rattles, clicks, or wobbles. And of course… the ARGB lighting is a showstopper. Bright, vibrant, and super smooth transitions between colors. They integrated easily with my motherboard’s ARGB header and synced right up with the rest of my rig's lighting setup.Final Verdict:If you’re looking for solid, good-looking case fans that balance performance and silence — without draining your wallet — the Thermalright TL-C12C-S X3 fans are a no-brainer. Great for gamers, builders, or anyone who wants both form and function.Pros:✔️ Quiet, reliable operation✔️ Smooth, adjustable PWM control✔️ Beautiful ARGB lighting effects✔️ Solid airflow up to 1550RPM✔️ Great value for a 3-packCons:❌ No ARGB controller included (but easy to sync with motherboard)Highly recommend for any mid-to-high-end build.Color accuracy:perfectFunctionality:cools better than i thiught

don't be fooled by the price
despite the low cost, these are awesome utilitarian fans. I have bought several of the 120mm and 140mm variants over the past 6~ months for utilitarian cooling purposes (pointed at or away from rack mounted equipment) and I'd say these are every bit as good as the (slightly) more expensive Arctic P series fans I have been buying as my go-to "favorite" for years. They do not FEEL as high quality as the Arctic fans. The plastic is definitely thinner, but the airflow and the loudness is comparable if not the same. and you cannot beat the price. We'll see how they last after a while, because I have Arctic P series fans I've been using for 6~ years with no noise or performance issues at all (same cannot be said about Be Quiet or Noctua products I have owned for the same amount of time) but for now I am liking these Thermalright products.

Quiet so far
These fans are cheap, but they don't look or feel cheap. I used these to replace some RS-120 fans that came pre-packaged in my 4000D Frame case from Corsair, and these out-perform those fans quite well. They are quieter, have minimal 'extra' noise like humming, and have no defects that have shown their face yet. And, even if they did, they are (at time of writing) $13 for 3 of them. So long as they last longer than a year, I'll be wildly impressed. I will update this review if they somehow die in an unreasonable time. As far as ease of building is concerned, they are great. Length of cables is very long, and they daisy chain well into each other. If you need fans in your case with pretty lights, these are certainly an option and I don't think you'll be too disappointed.

Good budget fan some what quiet at lowest rpm
They have a bit of a drone to them at medium rpm range. I went with these for pice and to match my thermal right peerless assassin 140 cooler. If you run them at their absolute lowest rpm they are fairly quiet and they seem to push air well at their lowest rpm. Be warned that I use a fan controller however. I have five of these hooked up to a fan controller and I’m disappointed because of the ‘quiet’ advertising. My hearing may be a bit more sensitive than other. If your doing a podcast you don’t want these in your pc next to you imo. They are of good value however if you can get away with using their lowest rpm. You could buy 9 of these for the price of a premium noctua fan. I was trying to avoid spending over $200 in fans but unfortunately it doesn’t look like that is gonna happen and will have to get the premium stuff. The premium noctua or be quiet stuff is $30 each. So five noctua fans is a whopping $150. I had to give four stars because of the price to performance ratio. If these were $15 I’d probably give 3 stars for example. I just wish they were more silent at their lowest rpm, but that’s what separates a premium $30 noctua fan to a $7 budget fan like this.

Great for the price.
These are great fans for the cost. Yes I am sure there are others that are probably quiter than these but honestly these are really quite and I can't ever hear them running when I am gaming or rendering video with DaVinci. They are also a perfect match for the fans that came on my AIO (Thermaltake TH360 v2). I have these fans in booth 120mm and 140mm. I have the NZXT H6Flow case. It came with non RGB fans and that was fine but I didn't realize the included fans were not PWM. I looked at the non RGB PWM fans on Amazon and several other sites and most were same price or more as these with RGB with most being more. And the ones that were the same price had a lot of returns and bad reviews. So I figured why not🤷. I haven't been disappointed. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Cost
