Q: Can you pack grease in it ?

Yes either hand pack it in there or use a cartridge. This gun works excellent. Just used mine yesterday

Q: How do you get the plunger tab to lock in place when loading? The tab on mine wi’t hold

Mine will not lock either. Pain in the butt to get the cartridge in but I did it without the lock. Not good. I suspect the tab is to soft of a material.

Q: On the fixture at the top of the grease gun with the screw inside it. Are you supposed to tighten this screw down or leave it loose?

Screw it down or grease can leak out

Q: Does it come with grease tube included?

Yes, it came with a tube of regular grease.
