Q: Hi. does your medical condition have to be on display as it is in the pic? or are the etched parts covered?

When I received my bracelet, the medical conditions were on view. The etched parts were not covered.

Once the item is purchased, use the contact seller facility within you account, select "product customisation request" from the pulldown. type in the two conditions and the bracelet will be made for you and sent out within 2 working days.

Q: I need a bracelet to fit upto 25cm. Will this fit please?

It comes quite big, I had to take a few links out . 25cm I’m not sure (is that 10inches?) but you can always get more links ( my nominations fits this!!) Or just buy two and make one big one!! 😜
