beautiful book
This is a large format book with beautiful pictures. I have tried a couple of recipes and they are delicious. It is annoying that the typeface is so small. There is plenty of room on the pages to have print that is actually legible, so why are the directions so tiny? The recipes look good with mostly easily obtainable ingredients.If you like visually beautiful books, you will like this.

This is a good resource for creating truly simple but gourmet, delicious, highly nutritious meals. This book helped me to eat more raw food. I have lots of new ideas. Once you know the techniques and get the raw ingredients to have on hand, it is cinch to make something quickly that will elevate your relationship to health.

This offering from cookbook author and creator of the popular web site Gurmevegan.com is packed full of delicious, plant-based recipes that will appeal to a variety of eaters - even if you are not strictly vegan. Fresh vegetables and grains take center stage - many containing a surprising, yet welcome, Nordic-inspired twist. The chapters are thoughtfully divided into meals such as appetizers, salads, main dishes and desserts (both baked and raw). For the most part, all of the featured ingredients can be easily found at your local, quality grocer - although we did have difficult sourcing sauerkraut seeds (an optional ingredient) for the avocado soup. The book is well-designed - with some clever inclusions, such as graphic representations of cooking time, serving size and degree of difficulty. All recipes feature a companion photo, beautifully shot by Nazli herself. This book is a perfect addition to the collection of any vegan home cook as well as someone searching to reduce their meat intake. Amazing Raw Foods Resource
This is an amazing book! Exciting raw recipes, great inspiration. There were a few typos or translation blips but nothing major.
