The media could not be loaded.  As far as the product goes, it was decent to install the only complaint or issue I have to say about the product was there was one particular piece that had stuck at a little higher than the original one that folds over at the bottom of the phone other than that it works like a my only real complaints. The tools that it did come with aren’t the best tools I use my IFixit kit.

the charging port works fine but as everyone else had problems with the screwdrivers so did i im just glad i order separate screwdrivers because the ones provided stripped 4 of my screws and i also found a great tutorial on youtube showing step by step to install this is my first self phone repair so from now on i’ll be doing it

Changing this part is much more involved than they describe in the description of this product and they do not provide all the pieces required to complete the tasks required.

Screwdrivers were useless. This is a difficult task so be patient. Screws are very tiny and easilylost. If you have large fingers, take it somewhere or trade it in on a new one. I got $700 off ona i14 Plus at Verizon!

Microphone did not work. Connectors very difficult to snap in place.

Replacement went good. You will also need a silicone seal for the screen and a mobile phone tool kit.Everything works with the replacement, fixed my charging port issue. Saved me $150 from the local repair shop.Fitment was a little funky but this was also the first time I have taken apart a iPhone.

Bad microphone

I have recently installed this product and it works well so far. The connection seems a lot more secure than that of the old one.The installation required removing a lot of components (toolkit needed) and was quite complex. Not recommended for people who do not feel confident although there are YouTube videos to guide you through the process :)
