I really appreciate this style of Keo-compatible cleat; bit wider platform than Look Keo cleats, and I find they last longer if you do more walking on them than you should.Note that zero-degree cleats are unusual and not for the fainthearted. One of my knees has an especially hard time with cleats, and I picked this set up to see if essentially jamming my foot into one quite twisted position would help, and horray, it did!I use these cleats on my Garmin Rally RK200 pedals. They're visually identical (besides the colour) to the Exustar cleats that come with the pedals.

I am knew to cycling and I was ver disappointed when I got my first cleats that ended up wearing out in less than a month (since I deliver food and go in and out of restaurants often) but these cleats not feel so much thicker than the other ones and are even a little more stable to walk in...If I don't update this comment next month then that means that these cleats have held out!

DO NOT BUY. DOESN’T FIT CORRECTLY.I bought this looking for a bargain. Unclipping is hard. And sometimes it stays stuck. I just bought new Assioma power meters and these just didn’t clip. Don’t buy. Just go with the original LOOK.

Can't clip in to assioma pedals, and clipping into the wellgo pedals is a challenge. Look keo cleats work just fine, but these aren't the value they seem like for assioma/wellgo owners.
