This basket is great for making artisan bread recipes! I love how easy it is to use and clean, and all the extra tools that came with it were a nice “extra.” They’re not the highest quality of tools, but they get the job done! We’ve made sourdough and a French-bread type recipe in it with great results.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Bowl is very lightweight, I like the design it leaves on the bread. Fairly easy to clean if you use a bristle brush. I do like the cover feature, better than using a towel.

Had always used a bread machine but it finally gave out. Decided to make it the old fashioned way and read about these. Works so well! The extra little tools are very handy as well.

The basket is what I wanted. The pastry brush came broken, but because it was alredy a month late (thanks Covid-19) I am not going to worry about it.

Basket is same quality of a previous basket I bought, but this one came with the knife and brush. Totally recommend!

Got this bread baking kit for my wife since she started doing bread baking at home (quarantine resulted in a lot of new hobbies!).She wanted something to proof her dough in as well as make those pretty designs on the bread loaves.This was a low cost kit that included the proofing bowl, towel, cutter and dough scraper all in one package.Price was very reasonable when looking to buy each item seperatly.She has used this a few times now to proof her dough and bake the bread after scoring her designs into the top of it.Works as advertised and the results are delicious.Recommended for anyone who has taken up bread baking at home and would like to get all of the most commonly used items for that hobby.

En recevant le panier et les accessoires, nous avons testé le tissus à l'intérieur du panier. Il était légèrement petit. Nous avons donc lavé le tissus en lin et à ne l'avons pas placé à la sécheuse pour éviter qu'il rétrécisse.Or ce matin, il est sec et nous essayons de le placer sur le panier !!!! TROP PETIT ! Il semble faire plus office de couvercle que de fond de panier.Vraiment déçu !Le tissus en lin sera COMPLÈTEMENT inutile.J'Ai tenté de prendre en photo le tout, mais le rendu n'est pas démonstratif.

The knife is excellent in scoring the bread and the scraper was not as great but a good addition to the whole package because some burrs needed to be removed before it was good for use. Overall the package was very nice and I would recommend this as a good spare or beginner start up.The banneton doesn't feel bad and there is no distinct smell from the whole set which is a good thing.
