This has turned out to be an amazing headset! And a welcome relief from the Plantronics Explorer 395 I was using. It pairs beautifully and effortlessly with my HTC One M8, as it did also with the Samsung Galaxy 2 I had previously. The call quality is gorgeous! I've had several people comment on it. The noise cancelling works amazingly well! I have eaten a meal while on a call, and the person on the other end said they couldn't hear any of the noises, even with the mic inches from my mouth! I've used it while driving in my very old, very noisy (busted muffler) car, and received listener feedback that there was no effect on the call quality/listener being able to hear my conversation. I haven't been outside with it yet, so I can't speak to wind noise cancelling.Years ago I had the old Voyager Pro, so I already knew the comfort of this configuration - and wasn't disappointed! I forget I'm wearing it most of the time. As some people have mentioned, it can take a bit of effort to get the earpiece to sit in the ear canal snugly, but once you maneuver it in place, it stays put with comfort.Once I learned the new placement for buttons vs my old headset, the Legend is very easy to use, and intuitive. I love the ease with which I can mute myself, and change the incoming audio volume quickly. And one thing that I anticipated was more of a gimmick than anything, I have discovered I appreciate more than I realized I would: the voice activated call answering feature. It can be a bit annoying to hear "answer or ignore? answer or ignore?" in your head as the phone "rings", but I *barely* have to say, "answer" and the call is answered amazingly quickly! Makes it very nice for answering a call while I'm finishing up documenting a previous call. The Legend works wonderfully for Skype calls on my HP laptop (after some tweaking of audio settings both for the computer and for Skype). You have to fiddle around with the settings, to make sure you're using the headset mic and audio, but once you figure it out, it gives great sound. My boyfriend said when I switched from the laptop mic to the Legend on our Skype calls, it sounded like I was sitting in the room with him! :) I did have trouble trying to get the Legend paired to my wired desktop - sound was much poorer than with my Logitech webcam. I'm not sure why the difference in quality, but my PC is older and I'm still using XP, so these might contribute to poor audio quality when attempting to VOiP on the PC.I haven't used this headset much to listen to music or audio files, but the time I did, it worked fine - for a monaural device.I can get a good 4-5 hours straight talk time out of it on Skype calls before it tells me I'm getting low, and completed a busy, non-stop phone calls 5 hr shift with 2 hrs charge still left on the phone; it's also a very quick recharge. I haven't tested the stand-by time since I either put it on the desk stand or in the case when not in use.The case works amazingly well (and quickly for recharging), and I love the space for the Blu tooth dongle/adapter. I'm going to really appreciate this case when I do some air travel here soon. Since I bought this particular package, I'm feeling overwhelmed with recharging possibilities: the weighted desk charger (which I've really come to appreciate! soo easy to just grab and go), the case with charging station (and USB plugging capacity), the original little recharging piece (which I will probably never use), the USB/micro USB cable, and plug in unit. This means I have 3 different ways I can charge this headset, either wall plugged or USB plugge. A lot of bang for my buck with this one. :)Update 11/19/2017: After 3+ yrs now of continuous use (8+ hrs or more every day), this headset is just now beginning to not fully charge (5 hrs talk time vs 6 hrs), and starting to drop calls after about 5 hrs of use. I'm getting ready to upgrade to the new Voyager 5200, but this package was an excellent investment and I will still get use out of it as a backup.

Best Bluetooth Headset I've Used
I've been using the Plantronics CS50 headset in my office for about 10 years and it is still going strong. I had no intention to upgrade, but I have also been searching for a decent wireless headset to pair with my cell phone. After some lackluster experiences with Plantronics and Jawbone bluetooth headsets for my cell phone (around 10 devices were purchased and returned), I went back to wired headsets. When I upgraded the office phones to Polycom VVX500s, I decided to look into a wireless headset systems that could connect to the phone's USB port. My business requires crystal clear communication so call quality is key.Enter the Plantronics Voyager LegendThe device installed on the Polycom immediately and did not require any changes to my phone settings to be used, though I enabled "Echo Cancellation Mode" in the Polycom menu to reduce ambient noise. I then proceeded to pair the headset to my iPhone. To my surprise, the Plantronics headset is able to switch seamlessly between calls on my cell phone to calls on my Polycom. I didn't know this was a feature and it quickly became my favorite aspect of the Voyager Legend.Call quality is top notch! In a blind test, I used my wired Bose headset to call my business partner with my cell phone, disconnected the Bose headset during the call while the Plantronics was connected via bluetooth, and it switched over to the Plantronics headset while he was talking. When I started talking again, I asked him if he noticed any change and he was very surprised to find out I was using bluetooth. There was no change in mic quality from wired to bluetooth!! Another huge plus is the weight. My CS50 was painful to wear after a few hours of it hanging on my ear so I was constantly taking it off between conversations. The Voyager is light enough to forget about. Last, but not least, the accessories this package came with are high class. The hard shell carry case is actually a portable charging station that can be used to recharge the device on the go. The carry case can be recharged with any mini usb plug. There is also a super sleek desk charger that connects the headset to itself with a magnet, making the plug / unplug process a breeze. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase and hope for as many years with the Voyager as I've had with the CS50.

Nightmare headset
This headset was a nightmare. First, it can only be paired with two Bluetooth devices at a time. I needed it to pair with three. Second, the feature I really wanted it for was being able to switch from using it on my computer to using it with my phone in a split second. The video and descriptions all say this is instantaneously done. Wrong. There was so much lag between switching from my Mac to my iPhone that I missed every single call. And when a call did come in, it nearly blew my eardrum out...which is a common complaint with this headset. There is no way to decrease the incoming ringer volume. You can have your phone ringer volume all the way down and this will still ring full volume in your ear. I read reviews that this headset was great for Dragon Dictation. No...no it's not. Accuracy was reduced to about 30%. If all of those issues weren't enough, it constantly unpaired from my phone or computer and it was a nightmare to get it to recognize the devices again. After a week of trying to make it work, talking to tech support, researching forums, etc...I decided it was far too much trouble than it was worth and returned it.
