Omni 100% Natural Unrefined Red Palm Oil 1 Litre

So, like many of you, I'm sure you discovered this as I did...from Dr. Oz. I'm sure it has all the health benefits that is touted, but it's very hard to incorporate in everyday meals. Spread on toast? No Way! It's hard like wax...unless you warm it AND has a very distinct taste that would require most to grow accustomed to. We try to incorporate in meals...but 2 tablespoons a day...VERY difficult to do.I would not buy again....

This is what red palm oil should look and taste like!!! Having use red palm oil my whole life, I know a good thing when I see and taste it.

I rated it a 5 because the product is great and the delivery was very quick! I would highly recommend this to other people... you don't need to use a lot of it and the flavor is really good. I have made eggs with it and they look yellow but taste great!

This product was not good taste very bad the internet was wrong doesnt taste good at all but it did help with my cholestrol

Does not have a great taste but knowing the great health benefits it has, I don't mind taking it. Frying with it (eggs, vegetables etc.) it has almost no taste at all. I'll be buying this again!
