Carburetor works as advertised
My Troy bilt power washer would not start. Research indicated a clogged or otherwise non functioning carburetor. Ordered a replacement via Amazon, received via prime. Installation is a bit tricky getting all gaskets, springs and control linkage attached. With the help of internet “how to”, got the job done in about 30 minutes. Added gas, pulled the start cord and instant start up. Very pleased with the reasonable cost, relative ease of installation and seamless performance of the new carburetor.

Good value. Need slight modification on choke spring
Installed on my 10 yr old Ryobi pressure washer.Had choke spring instead of detents. I had to move the hook on the spring to another location about 30 degrees to reduce the tension. With that the choke lever stayed in the fully choked position when starting.After changing carb and plug I was hoping to get it back to one pull starting. It is much better, but it is still a bit hard to start. Now it starts but just chugs while on choke and dies when I try to open it a bit. I have to do this several times before it finally catches. Then it runs like a top and idles back nicely. Not sure what is causing this. It might be something else.

Honda lawnmower
Carb bolted right up to my old Honda hrx217. The mower is 20yrs old and I didn’t use it for over 10yrs . Installed new carb and she fired right up and runs great

First one leaked like a sive, they did send a second one free of charge which worked well so far

Don’t waste your time
I spent 4 hrs taking carburetor apart cleaning like shown in diy videos. I cleaned gas tank and replaced hoses and spark plug also as suggested in diy videos. Put all back together and still wouldn’t start on my pressure washer. I bought new carburetor for around $25. Replaced in 15 minutes. Added gas and what do you know. IT STARTED ON FIRST PULL. Learned my lesson. Just buy new carburetor and be done with it!!!
